2006 Winnebago Industries Aspect 26 B Sellers Notes

I am the second owner of this 2006 Winnebago Aspect 26ft Class B motorhome. It is on a Ford E450 Chasis with a powerful V10 engine. I bought this Winnebago Aspect from a friend of mine who had used it to to take friends to a nearby town for dinners. In the summer of 2010 when I bought it the Winnebago had about 2,600 miles. I have used it a few times in the last year and it is a pleasure to drive. It has been stored in the winter and has been maintained and kept clean. This size is perfect for a family of 4 or 5. It is easy to drive both on the road or in town. Parking is very easy (unless you don't see a branch!!) This Winnebago Aspect sleeps 4 adults comfortably or 2 adults and 3 children in the slide out bed. Everything is in working order and it is ready to hit the road today! Please feel free to call me directly if you have any specific questions. Flaws: The pictures show as best as I can the flaws that I see. The Swivel chair in the coach has a small hole about the size of a nickel. The side mirrors are slightly faded. The Roof Ladder is cracked and bent. I am checking into finding a replacement and should be able to tell you what it would cost to fix. These flaws are more than offset by the low price. Retail is around $47,000.
